Project Optimist is a is a consortium of people that works together to make cool things happen in the beverage world. The consortium was founded by many of the same people that operate Small Victories. Some of Project Optimist’s bottles are solo projects created by the founders while others are collaborations with individuals and companies who share similar visions to our team. Some of the offerings are singular bottlings that are released only once while others are full brands with consistent releases.
